WEDDING & EVENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
OUR ROLE
We are here to help make planning your wedding or event as stress free as possible and as such we offer floral and cake designing services. We are happy to lend our years of experience in these areas to assist with making your day a day to remember!
Feel free to contact us via email at any time. While we always endeavour to respond in a timely fashion, especially at busy times we may not respond straight away, please allow 48 hours for any matters that are not time sensitive.
DISPLAY RIGHTS
A Natural Bunch reserves the right to use images from your event for promotion, display, advertising, internet and publication.
We respect your privacy and will only use images with your faces or names of you and your guests if you are happy for us to do so.
Otherwise photos provided to A Natural Bunch would be of just our floral and cake designs.
PROFESSIONAL IMAGES
Client is required to provide us access to professional photos from the event. Client will ask photographer to send A Natural Bunch a link to download professional images OR client will send link directly to A Natural Bunch. We will tag Photographer in any social media posts and request the same from the photographer. Please provide name and contact details of the Photographer on your last consultation.
CREDIT & SOCIAL MEDIA POSTS
When posting an image from your event, please credit us for Floral & Event Design.

PAYMENT
All quotes produced by A Natural Bunch are only valid for seven (7) days. All weddings require a 50% non-refundable booking fee upon confirmation, unless specified by A Natural Bunch
Aproximately 4 weeks prior you will be contacted by A Natural Bunch to arrange a final consultation. Once final consultation has occured final balance is due.
Full payment is required no less than two (2) weeks prior to event date.
EVENT SETUP
Set up and delivery fee will be quoted at the initial consultation based on location and staff required to complete delivery and set up. As we may utilise outside contractors for events we require client to contact venue and disclose any relevant time restriction to A Natural Bunch. If restrictions are imposed and weren’t disclosed at time of initial quote A Natural Bunch reserves the right to adjust this price accordingly.
HIRE ITEMS
All hire items provided by A Natural Bunch are the property of A Natural Bunch and provided on a hire only basis unless purchased by the customer or client. A $100 bond or credit card details will be required for all hire items which will be refunded once items are returned in original condition.
If hire items are to be returned by client, this must occur within forty eight (48) hours of event date. If hired items are damaged once it has left A Natural Bunch possession, this will incur additional fees to the replacement value of hired item.
Four (4) weeks prior to your wedding or event date you will be contacted by A Natural Bunch to arrange a final appointment to go through all your floral and cake requirements. On completion of this appointment all decisions will be final and final payment is due.
AMENDMENTS TO QUOTE
Once invoice has been generated signed and booking fee paid, small amendments up to a 5% reduction in quote total will be allowed but no more than this. If there are additional items required there will be an assessment of any additional time required which may change the time and cost of setup and deliveries. A minimum of 50% of additional amount will be required at this point unless it is at final consultation which final payment will be due.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations made once contract has been signed OR booking fee paid will result in loss of any amount paid.
By making payment of non-refundable booking fee you are confirming you agree to all terms and conditions.
DATE CHANGES
In the event of a date change, a new proposal and contract will be drafted by A Natural Bunch dependent upon date availability. Previous deposits may be transferred if agreed upon by A Natural Bunch. This is solely at A Natural Bunch's discretion and availability of new date.
UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES
In the unfortunate event that the event is cancelled due to ANY circumstances including but not limited to: event called off, date change, Act of God (car accident, severe weather, death in family, pandemic), the client agrees to that any amount already paid is non-refundable.
COVID-19
Due to current circumstances there may be a chance that weddings will be cancelled due to snap lockdowns or other COVID-19 related events. In the unfortunate event that this falls on your wedding date we will make every attempt to rescedule the date. We are happy to postpone up to 12months from the original date with no additional charge. After 12 months it will need to be requoted with an expected increase.
BULLYING POLICY
A Natural Bunch has a no-tolerance bullying policy. Everyone on the A Natural Bunch team will be treated with respect by our clients at all times, before, during, and after your event.
CONTRACTUAL RESPONSIBILITY
By signing this agreement, the client agrees to all information stated above and to full responsibility for agreed upon service fees.
Payments will be made on time and any changes will be mutually agreed upon within 21 days of event.
Client also agrees that A Natural Bunch is to have direct contact with client at any time necessary.
Maintaining communication between both parties must be available at all times during the planning process.
A Natural Bunch has the right to cancel this contract at any time if we feel the contractual obligations are not being met.
Our priority is to make this planning process as enjoyable for you as possible.
We are beyond thrilled to work with you and get you down the aisle!
EVENT AND WEDDING PAYMENT TERMS:
All payments made by Visa, MasterCard or American Express will incur a 2.2% fee.

If you choose to use our website then we will regard that use as conclusive evidence of your agreement and acceptance that these terms govern your and Cakes and Vases rights and obligations to each other.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
It is an essential pre-condition to you using our website that you agree and accept that A Natural Bunch is not legally responsible for any loss or damage you might suffer related to your use of the website, www.anaturalbunch.com.au, whether from errors or from omissions in our documents or information, any goods or services we may offer or from any other use of the website. Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable.
It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific, personal requirements. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
COMPETITION AND CONSUMER ACT
For the purposes of Schedule 2 of the Australian Consumer Law, in particular Sections 51 to 53, 64 and 64A of Part 3-2, Division 1, Subdivision A of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), Cakes and Vases liability for any breach of a term of this agreement is limited to: the supplying of the goods or services to you again; the replacement of the goods; or the payment of the cost of having the goods or services supplied to you again.
You must be over 18 years of age to use this website to purchase any alcohol products.
DELIVERY OF PHYSICAL GOODS
It is the purchasers responsibility to ensure all goods delivered to secure addresses (eg - apartments and units) will be received by the recipient. Alternatively, A Natural Bunch will contact the recipient to arrange appropriate delivery time. All unsuccessful deliveries will result in the goods returned to A Natural Bunch incurring additional fees to the purchaser. Collection of goods from A Natural Bunch is available or the re delivery of goods. The re delivery of goods will incur an additional delivery fee to the purchaser.
A Natural Bunch uses multiple reputable courier companies to deliver physical goods. Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery company chosen. A Natural Bunch is not responsible for goods that are either damaged in transit or not received. A Natural Bunch should be notified immediately of damaged or lost goods. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of A Natural Bunch
COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS
Any wedding competitions winners must claim prize within 7 days of being notified and are non-transferable. They will be subject to a minimum spend of $1200 for wedding flowers. Not valid with any other offer or discounts.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
A Natural Bunch handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
Products sold on this website are a perishable, natural item and flowers life span is dependent on species, resulting in some flower varieties living longer than others. Flowers are a product of nature; availability is dependent on season and markets. As a result, not all goods produced are as pictured on www.anaturalbunch.com.au, by accepting these terms and conditions you are acknowledging there may be discrepancies between images and produced goods.
A Natural Bunch must be notified within three (3) days of purchase of all refunds or returns. A Natural Bunch will not accept returns based on change of mind or design. In cases of flowers perishing within three (3) days of purchase and all care instructions have been followed or if A Natural Bunch produced the incorrect goods, A Natural Bunch will provide a replacement or gift certificate. The value of the gift certificate or replacement is at the discretion of A Natural Bunch. A Natural Bunch reserves the right to request images of original goods for our records. Replacement flowers will not be sent if the original goods have been disposed of or images have not been produced.

A Natural Bunch may from time to time provide on its website, links to other websites and information on those websites for your convenience. This does not necessarily imply sponsorship, endorsement, or approval or arrangement between A Natural Bunch and the owners of those websites. A Natural Bunch takes no responsibility for any of the content found on the linked websites.
A Natural Bunch's website may contain information provided by third parties for which A Natural Bunch accepts no responsibility whatsoever for information or advice provided to you directly by third parties. We are making a ‘recommendation’ only and are not providing any advice nor do we take any responsibility for any advice received in this regard.

Furthermore, all of the customer data www.anaturalbunch.com.au collects is secured against unauthorised use or access. We do not store credit card information on our servers.
THIRD PARTIES
www.anaturalbunch.com.au does not and will not sell or deal in personal or customer information. We may however use in a general sense without any reference to your name, your information to create marketing statistics, identify user demands and to assist it in meeting customer needs generally. In addition, we may use the information that you provide to improve its website and its services but not for any other use.

The deemed exclusion of any term pursuant to this paragraph shall not affect or modify the full enforceability and construction of the other clauses of these terms and conditions.
JURISDICTION
This agreement and this website are subject to the laws of Victoria and Australia. If there is a dispute between you and A Natural Bunch that results in litigation then you must submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
